Hollywood’s Gatekeeping Is Digging Its Own Grave

Hollywood claims to love storytelling—yet they shut storytellers out. Fresh talent? Ignored. Original scripts? Rejected.
No rep, no riches, no A-list cast? Good luck getting through the door.

The system is rigged—recycling formulas, legacy names, and calling it “fresh.” And the wild part? They know it’s broken. Gatekeeping like this isn’t just outdated—it’s killing the industry. Audiences want something real.

That’s where I come in.

Viral creators and indie rebels are rising. Hollywood can evolve—or get buried beneath its own “DO NOT ENTER” sign.

I’ve got a blockbuster-worthy script, and when I tried to submit it? “We don’t accept submissions.”
Studios pretending to take cold pitches told me flat-out: they don’t.

Translation? Original voices aren’t welcome.

They keep churning out remakes of twenty-year-old hits—knowing:

  • Audiences won’t pay to see them

  • No one enjoys watching them

  • Streaming platforms won’t profit from them

But hey—their cousin or college buddy gets cast, and the yachts keep coming. (Yep—yachts.)

It’s time to flip the script.

Studios are imploding under their own weight. Actors can’t get work without 10K followers and a “real” verification badge.
Virality shouldn’t be the gatekeeper.

TALENT should. YOUR STORIES should. YOUR VISION should.

I’m here to change that—not just for me, but for all of us.

Like I said in my video: I’m tired of doors slamming just so the insiders can keep partying together. Don’t call it inclusive if it’s not.

Here’s the deal: My long game is to build a studio that makes filmmaking accessible to everyone.

I’m not physically building it—yet. Right now, I’m gathering collaborators, connecting with creatives, and forming the foundation. Even if we’re filming on our phones and uploading to YouTube with bubblegum budgets, that’s where it starts. We grow together from the ground up.

Especially the “Hollywood rejects”—who are often the most visionary, the most driven, and the most threatening to the system.
(Yes, they rejected you because they’re intimidated.)

If you want to help shift this business—if you want stories told with heart, grit, and raw truth—holla back.
Let’s build something lasting. This dream may take time, but WE WILL make it real.

Creative freedom for all, baby.
